Jonathan Giles

I am a visionary garden designer, seasoned permaculture teacher, and safe food advocate dedicated to restoring ecological harmony and human health. As co-founder of a thriving food forest nursery, I help communities reclaim food sovereignty by growing abundance from the ground up.

With a deep background in regenerative systems and a passion for real nourishment, I enjoy bringing permaculture principles to life—designing edible landscapes that heal soil, sequester carbon, and feed families. I teach workshops, mentor landowners, and consult on food system resilience, weaving ancestral wisdom with modern ecological design.

I am also the host of a thought-provoking podcast exploring the intersections of farming, freedom, and the future of food call Plant Paradise. Off the land, I am a full-stack software developer building tools that empower grassroots action, connect growers, and defend food purity in the digital age.

Whether in code or compost, my mission is the same: to build a future rooted in nature, community, and truth.
